About this campaign

Welcome to the 2017 USCG Aviation Memorial Workout to Remember. We are proud to present this fifth annual fundraiser, benefiting the Coast Guard Foundation's Fallen Heroes Scholarship Fund. Formerly known as ‘The 6535 Memorial Workout’, The Workout to Remember is an extended version of the annual tradition that so many supporters have been taking part in for the last few years.

We invite each and every one of you to participate as an individual or with a team, and show your supportby purchasing and wearing one of our annual fundraiser t-shirts.

Originally known as 'The 6535 Memorial Workout,' this year's 5th annual Workout to Remember has expanded to pay tribute to all active duty aviation members whose lives were lost in the line of duty over more than one hundred years of distinguished service and heroism.

The date and workout remain the same:
4 Rounds: 400m Run, 65 Air Squats, 35 Burpee Pull-ups - completed on 29 February (28 February during non-leap years, or as close as possible)

Fundraiser t-shirt pre-orders to commemorate this year's event are available through 31 January. Orders must be in by that date, as all items will print in mass once the campaign closes. All profits and donations will continue to benefit the Coast Guard Foundation's Fallen Heroes Scholarship Fund.

This year's shirt is conspicuously void of text as compared to shirts from past years. The back of the the shirt is covered with 252 stars - one for each aviator who has fallen before us. This year, we'd like to encourage participants to take part in a moment of silence - before, during or after the workout - to pause and reflect on the courage and sacrifice of those 252 service members.

We thank you for joining us in honoring and remembering those who have gone before us, and for taking care of those they left behind.

Semper Paratus.
