About this campaign

All monies raised will go to support the organizing, equipping, empowering, and encouraging of clergy women in the Holston Annual Conference.

Women have been leading the way in the Methodist movement since the days of John Wesley. In Wesley's movement, over 230 years ago, women were teaching classes, bands and societies; preaching in fields and on doorsteps; visiting the sick and imprisoned; leading people to faith; and so much more. Today we carry on their legacy by teaching, preaching, visiting, caregiving, and leading in the UMC. As women in ministry, our faith often leads us to be prophetic, pastoral, and persevere in the face of adversity. We need your support. We cannot do this alone. Together we can change the world.
