The Phoenix can transform the lives of millions of Americans suffering from substance use disorder today, but we need your help. Whether you’re donating via the form below, opening your gym doors to our Phoenix satellite program, or sharing our message with someone who has been affected by addiction, we are deeply grateful for your support.

It costs just over a $1 a day for an individual to participate in our programs. A monthly donation of $40 goes a long way by helping a new team member join The Phoenix community and thrive in recovery.

DID YOU KNOW? There were 2.5 million alcohol-related deaths worldwide in 2013.

Every day, 36 people die and approximately 700 are injured in motor vehicle crashes that involve an alcohol-impaired driver.

Drinking and drugged driving is the #1 cause of death, injury and disability of people under the age of 21.

Each year more teens enter addiction treatment with a primary diagnosis of marijuana dependence than all other illegal drugs combined.
