About this campaign
In light of COVID-19, Whole Note Coffee has reduced our hours and scaled back our business to promote the safety and well-being of our community. As a newly-formed small business, the impact of COVID-19 has greatly impacted us. Much of our income these days comes from the sale of (delicious) coffee bags, which offers a smaller margin since we partner with Open Seas Coffee Roasters.
Because of this, we are starting this fundraiser to help cover our expenses. We also are utilizing this campaign to be able to provide what has been requested many times since opening: MERCH! Specifically, really cool t-shirts designed by our own employee, Carrie Kerins.
In addition, we are using this fundraiser to support and shed light on an issue that is very important to us and our community. While the stay-at-home order is necessary for our safety, there are many people who find themselves quarantined with their abusers. Our vision is to connect and empower the local community, which includes those who are at their most vulnerable in this crisis. Because of this, 15% of all profits will go directly to the Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence (MSCFV).
If you or a loved one need help, please know the MSCFV’s hotlines are open 24/7, which includes options to get in contact on their social media pages and their website.
Thank you so much for your support, which will help us and the community!

MSCFV is a great organization and, without organizations like them, domestic violence can destroy lives.
