HOPE, FAITH, STRENGTH: Standing With the Wissman Family

As we approach the one-year anniversary of the accident that forever changed the Wissman family’s lives, we want to continue showing Derrick, Stephanie, and their family that they are not walking this road alone.

This fundraiser is an opportunity to proudly wear their story—to remember and honor sweet Natalee Jade, to stand behind Madalynn as she continues her incredible healing journey, and to surround the Wissman family with the same love, hope, faith, and support that has carried them through this past year.

The road ahead is still long. Madalynn continues to require ongoing therapy and specialized care, including therapy at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago. Along with the cost of her continued care comes the expense of traveling to and from Chicago and the ongoing financial impact the accident has had on their family, including lost wages and the loss of income streams as their lives and priorities have necessarily changed.

All money raised through this fundraiser will be paid directly to Derrick and Stephanie Wissman to help with Madalynn’s continued therapies, travel expenses for specialized treatment in Chicago, everyday financial needs, and the financial impact of lost income.

Most importantly, these shirts are more than a fundraiser. They are a visible reminder that one year later, we still remember Natalee. We are still cheering for Madalynn. We are still standing with the Wissmans. And we still believe in the power of “But God.”
