World Diabetes Day T-shirt Fundraiser for Type 1 Diabetes

Hello! My name is Angelica and I am a 19 year old college student living with Type 1 Diabetes. I was diagnosed at the age of 6 and have fought with it ever since. I faced several challenges growing up with the disease but have learned to come to terms with it and embrace it. I know that others are facing or faced challenges similar to mine, so I wanted to start a fundraiser to support everyone in the Type 1 Diabetic community. World Diabetes Day is November 14 and it's a perfect to day to show support and raise awareness. Globally, the color to be worn on this day is blue, so the shirts I have created represent that. Wearing one of these shirts could make a difference in several ways. It could start up a conversation that leads to a person explaining their story or even informing others of what Type 1 Diabetes is. Please join me in helping spread the word and helping fundraise for those that are just like me. Diabetes isn't just some awful thing we have to live with, it's just another one of our characteristics. And, we would love for you to share our support with us. Help us fight and raise awareness.
