About this campaign

Zoe & I would like your help in making this Zoe's Heart's biggest year yet!

Zoe received a new heart in 2008 at the age of 6. Since 2010, Zoe's Heart has participated in the Gift of Life Walk & Run to help raise money and awareness for organ & tissue donation. Even if you can't join the team & share the day with us, you can still support us and our cause wherever you are by buying and proudly wearing a team Zoe's Heart t-shirt!
