My overall experience wasn't terrible. The website is user friendly and the shipping notifications are great. The disappointing part was the large stain on the shirt out of the packaging and how small the logo was on the shirt after designing it larger.

The logo/trademark review was time consuming (an extra week) and frustrating. Having experienced this in a prior order from the same University, I had submitted an email with a VP of the University pre-approving the artwork. Still took a week. I understand the need to obtain clearance to use certain trademark names, but delaying the job an extra week when written approval was pre-submitted makes little sense to me, other than a frustrating delay. Advice from me is add an extra week or so to an order if logo/trademark clearance is required.

my only issue was i had women that wanted tanks and the guys wanted t-shirts. i hade to order two different products so they colors are not an exact match. and it took a long time to find a close match. would be nice to have same colors but different style options. but my team loves them!!! thank you for such an amazing product!!
