The experience was great. There was a lot of back and forth and your team was patient with me. I will say the final order was wrong. I originally ordered 2 triple xL in a Nike hoodie but they didn't make the triple xl so we were going to go with just the double xl's but then the Nike Jacket couldn't be embroider for some reason so we reverted back to the V.I.T. and I changed my order back to 2 triple xls but we didn't receive them. I don't think it's a huge deal as the VIT ran large but just a minor detail. Overall great customer service.

The service was great! The printing looks really good and the delivery came earlier than the predicted date. The customer service was quick and very nice however one customer service email I received sounded like AI. I suspect it was because it was a Sunday and customer service was closed. The back printing didn't end up being our original design but i understand why it was not possible and it still came out great. Overall very happy thank you so much!
