I created AI images else where and it was easy to upload and place on Custom Ink's template! They made it very simple to resize, rotate, and move your images around while also making sure you keep within the products printing area!

When I needed help getting my design to mesh with the shirt color, the assistant that chatted with me got it wrong the first time by erasing part of my design to make it work, but once I explained what was wrong, the very next attempt was basically perfect. For a completely custom shirt, the cost wasn't horrible. Some minor color issue occurred in a spot that a human reviewing the product probably would've noticed was not ideal or intended.

Had the opportunity to speak to two customer service representatives, and they both don't speak English clearly, thus not having the confidence to place the order based on my specifications. Thankfully, the sweatshirt came out just the way I like it. I had the opportunity to speak to two customer service reps. and they both don't speak English clearly. I placed the order with the original customer service rep after much going back and forth to assure we understand each other.
