Custom Ink has provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. They expressed empathy for the cause we made the shirts for and even donated to the family’s fundraiser. CustomInk is an amazing find! The website was easy to use, and customer service helped guide me in choosing a shirt fabric that would not shrink, pill, or fade. I had a point of contact who worked with me from beginning to end, and who graciously worked within my budget. My order arrived sooner than expected, the silk screen has not cracked or peeled after repeated washing, and the shirts have remained true to size and in excellent condition. I have you used custom ink several different times of the years. I always liked their quality and options, this last order didn’t come out as good as the rest but I’m not sure if it was my logo or their printing.
