My adult son really liked the Sport Cool Dri Performance Shirt. So I ordered one for the Grandpa in the group. However, the sizing on the Hanes shirt and the other brand shirts offered is different. The other brand shirts run smaller than their size listed. I had ordered Grandpa one size up, EXL on the Hanes, thinking the two shirts were the same. The Hanes ExL was way too big for Grandpa and the other brand L was too tight. I wish I had known the Hanes runs true to size and the other brand runs small.

I called on a weekend and customer service did absolutely everything they could for a custom order that I needed within 5 business days. It was a long shot that they could fulfill the order in time, but they pulled it off. I didn't have to ask more than once to see if they could deliver in time, but they did. Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations.

I put the Left check design to high, so I am not head over heels with how the shirts came, but I wisj the team overrule my decision and change that in printing.
