The shirts fit well. The print looks good, but their communication about issues with the orders and their requirements on purchase orders need to be better.

Custom Ink Customer service was really helpful when I needed my shipping address changed. I don't think I will go through the chat to order again however, because I did notice an issue with my address but being fully put in which I had to correct. The shirts arrived very quickly and before the projected date according to the website. I am grateful to the custom ink team because they were able to put the package on hold at a nearby UPS Store for pick up.

The customer service was great and the design software on the website were easy to use. That being said I do wish there were more options of places to design on the shirt. One complain I have is about the quality of the shirts we received. They were very thin to the point you could see what's on the back of the shirt just by holding up the front and multiple, if not all of our shirts came with weird orange stains on them. Besides that everything else was great.
