The folks a Custom Ink could not have been nicer. I had questions with designing the shirt and simply picked up the phone for some help. They were so great and so friendly. And I am extremely pleased with the results. Shipping was quick and timely. Could not ask for more. Never ordered from them before (they were a referral from a colleague) and am now a huge fan. Would certainly order from them again.

I am pleased with your products and services. But the last order of customized pens was delivered twice. Could you please check your records? Maybe the first package had fewer than the 125 ordered pens, but it looks like I now have 375 instead of the 250 I ordered. Thanks

We selected art work to be added on the sleeve. To do that, I had to contact Customer Service and they had to manually update the order. While it would be ideal to self design that in the online studio, it wasnt a big deal. However, I never received a proof of what it would look like before the order went into production. Since this isnt something I could see online when I created the order, I expected to be able to approve the proof (and I believe the customer service agent said that is what I should expect). Thankfully everything turned out fine ... but there was a big risk.

The preview on the website does not truly reflect the printed outcome. All shirts ordered were missing part of the lettering and our Logo was not a solid color, it was grainy. I emailed customer service but received no reply. Once I called, I was informed I would need to order at least 48 shirts for the logo to be the correct color, even though the website says a minimum of 6. I was less than impressed with the product provided.
