I am not happy with the quality of the image printed on my item that I received. I think there should be a better process to make sure that what you order is going to turn out okay before you receive the final product

Custom Ink has provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. They expressed empathy for the cause we made the shirts for and even donated to the family’s fundraiser. The shirts came out great and arrived earlier than expected! I had to reach out with a question via phone and chat and both times I was helped promptly and it was great!!

CustomInk is an amazing find! The website was easy to use, and customer service helped guide me in choosing a shirt fabric that would not shrink, pill, or fade. I had a point of contact who worked with me from beginning to end, and who graciously worked within my budget. My order arrived sooner than expected, the silk screen has not cracked or peeled after repeated washing, and the shirts have remained true to size and in excellent condition. Overall, I highly recommend CustomInk!
