Easy to upload and work with my own design. Appreciate the up-front pricing, recommended savings options, and quick turnaround.

The service was great! The printing looks really good and the delivery came earlier than the predicted date. The customer service was quick and very nice however one customer service email I received sounded like AI. I suspect it was because it was a Sunday and customer service was closed. The back printing didn't end up being our original design but i understand why it was not possible and it still came out great. Overall very happy thank you so much!

The custom ink web site was easy to use. Designing my custom shirt was super easy. The choice of materials and colors made it easy to find what I wanted. There was on problem with the web site - It kept changing the number of items in my shopping cart.

From ordering to ensuring the product with embroidery was perfect, easy process. Customer service / designer was quick and efficient. Product came within a timely manner, and the embroidery was amazing (better than expected). Will definitely order here again.

The name has a green tinge in the yellow names. We don't really like it, but I'm not asking for a reprint either. In the future, please have names color match the team name color for yellow/gold.
