Poor quality and complete dissatisfaction. Your workmanship is poor at best. Clearly there is no quality control nor anyone keeping a standard of excellence. The crooked alignment of my logo and images on every shirt is far from what I expected based on your claims of quality and satisfaction. Your guarantees have not been upheld and I will make it known

Overall experience with Custom Ink was excellent. Only issue I have is I wish I could see the finished product before placing the order. I ordered a sample of the fleece to ensure Blue Generation (had never heard of brand) was good enough quality for my project, but was not able to see the embroidered logo until I received the finished product. In retrospect, I probably would have reduced the size of the logo just a bit and it would have been "perfect." All in all a good experience, but I always struggle with getting exactly "what I envision" and have yet to find a process or vendor that is able to remove that "risk" from the process.
