Custom Ink is my new go to for personalized merch for our company. I've placed a few orders so far and will check here first for any new items we need. The product selection/quality is great & design tools give me everything I need to create what I want. Production & shipping times are some of the best out there, and that's what led me to place my first order as Custom Ink was the only option to get us the product by our deadline. The ordering process is relatively foolproof, but I would like to request a couple improvements. First, the design page is somewhat limited in terms of offering only a front/back view versus a 360 view. In the case of making cups or items with text on the sleeves, I'd like to be able to turn the product to see it from different angles to confirm everything is where I want it. Also, I would greatly appreciate integration of the pricing matrix into the design page. The reason is that sometimes a different choice of design results in a different price per unit, for example some of the cups charge extra if you print on both sides, and some are the same price if you do 1-side or 2-side. Other items have different pricing for one-color vs multi-color designs. It's kind of annoying to design a sample then have to click through 3 pages to get the quote, then go back to the design page to make the alternate design, get that quote, etc etc. For some items I didn't realize the pricing would be different until I got to the pricing page. Others, on the pricing page it would say something like "2 side design" and then the price, but since I was away from the product description I no longer could see that the price was the same for the 1 side design. So I went back, designed the 1-side, then went through the pricing process again only to find out the price was the same. Could have saved a LOT of time and clicking back and forth if the pricing updated with the design updates in the same screen. Last note, the product descriptions and photos can be lacking in some cases. I've had to rely on reviews and photos from those reviews in several cases to determine the right product, and even then we may not have all the info. The white background stock photos can create some visual discrepancies for examples on the mood cups we ordered, the photos make it look like the cups are opaque when they are really transparent.
