I am not tech savvy. I am 74 years old and even I was able to figure it out. I would have to call to figure out how to get them a logo, but my order was just printing and use of various fonts. So many people have seen my shirt and want one that I keep ordering.

Very good, quick. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was not custom ink fault. Sizing was too small.

Terrible quality print. I could have done the same thing with a iron-on print out sheet from Staples. Its peeling and flaking in areas straight out of the packaging. There is white around the logo where there shouldnt be, as if a cutout was too wide and imprecise. My order was initially flagged as fraudulent, and was never able to complete a successful credit card transaction. This experience encouraged me to actually seek out and patronize a local manual screen printer, so thats nice. I wouldnt recommend customink.com, and I wont order anything from this site again.

Antonio who I worked with to place my order was AMAZING. Every other customer service rep I worked with was ABYSMAL. Truly terrible customer service. Our school who places a lot of orders used to have a dedicated representative that made everything run smoothly. We would have used another company if Antonio our sales rep hasn’t saved the day. Your AI efforts and losing your design team who did beautiful graphic design will cost you your business. You are clearly also doing lower quality printing process on the shirts. They came out grainy in texture. We will never work with the company again due to replacing humans with AI and outsourcing your customer service so that nobody is actually helpful except for your one rep, Antonio.
