Overall, your website is easy to use and the whole process was easy. Only constructive feedback has to do with the quality of the shirt after being worn. I would be open to purchase from you again, I think I am just going to wary on the type of product moving forward.

I have no issue with Custom Ink generally, but do be VERY mindful of the colors you're using and try to get a realistic look at what the color will look like on the product. We designed a hoodie that used a red font. It showed up darn near pink. The hoodies are for a competitive collegiate team, so the color is kind of important.

I am deeply disappointed in the quality of the shirts I received. I started a fundraiser using your site to bring awareness to my dad's need for a living kidney donor and raise funds for his healthcare. Over 20 shirts were purchased through our fundraiser and lots of donations were made. I had hoped that we would've recieved beautifully printed shirts that would be eye catching, not the eye sores we recieved with cracks in the printing and lopsided and misaligned designs. The shirts were also mailed to us all stuffed into one plastic envelope package instead of a box with protective packaging. Zero care went into making the shirts or shipping them. Way to show your customers appreciation. The shirts also are not as good of quality as I had hoped and I could've done better print jobs myself at home. Frankly, I will not be using Custom Ink in the future. I can't believe the lack of quality control.
