I like the fact that custom ink saves my design, which took me a lot of time to fine tune. It makes my ordering easy and the design stays the same order after order.

I was a bit disappointed with shipping estimates. I wanted to make sure it got to us in time, but it looked like I should do a RUSH order. However, the shirts arrived even quicker than the RUSH estimate and certainly not nearly as long as the standard estimate. So I paid a lot of extra money that I did not need to do at all.

The website was great to use to create my own design. The print quality is great. I'm a little disappointed that the image was not very well centered on the adult t-shirts and then the kids size t-shirt had the same size logo as the adults, not scaled down for a kid size shirt. Overall, we still like the shirts, they just look a little more home-made than anticipated.

Overall, the service was the best I have experienced in a long time. The young woman who assisted me was extremely helpful and patiently walked me through the entire process when the website froze during my order. The only issues I encountered were with the final product. The print quality was a little blurry, and one of the shirts appears to have a slight burn mark where the press was applied. Since this is a one-time-use item and I needed it quickly, returning it is not practical. That said, I was on a tight deadline, and you delivered exactly when I needed it. The outstanding customer service more than made up for the minor issues with the product. Thank you again for the amazing service.
