Antonio who I worked with to place my order was AMAZING. Every other customer service rep I worked with was ABYSMAL. Truly terrible customer service. Our school who places a lot of orders used to have a dedicated representative that made everything run smoothly. We would have used another company if Antonio our sales rep hasn’t saved the day. Your AI efforts and losing your design team who did beautiful graphic design will cost you your business. You are clearly also doing lower quality printing process on the shirts. They came out grainy in texture. We will never work with the company again due to replacing humans with AI and outsourcing your customer service so that nobody is actually helpful except for your one rep, Antonio.

This is my 6th or 7th order from Custom Ink. All previous experiences have been very good in every way. I ordered 2 shirts this time: one was great (I'd definitely order again) and the other was not good. I'm hoping you'll make this right.

Nice T shirt and the printing/image looked good at first. However, after the very first wash, I noticed darkening of the T shirt color around the printing/image on both front and back of the shirt. For a +$50 T shirt, this is unacceptable. Would not recommend this company.
