Very pleased with the custom shirts we created on Custom Ink for our mom's birthday! The online custom shirt designing program was super intuitive and easy to use, and the shirts came out just as designed! Great functionality for individual ordering as well.

The salesperson I talked to was very helpful and informative. She even guided me to the best possible quality shirts after being asked. They look and feel like they will hold up well. I am a serious amateur photographer who does my own printing. The quality of the images were terrific. I have tried several other services and this was by far the best. I will be ordering from them again.

The website was very easy to use, but I wish someone would have contacted me to let me know that I should have made my design bigger. On the website, the design looked like it was proportionate to the sweatshirt; however, in real life, the design seems small. The white print on the green also isn't as vibrant as I had hoped. You can see the print, but I wish the print was more saturated. Otherwise, the experience was easy, and I am satisfied with the product I received.

I don't understand why, the purchase of two shirts with a slight difference, although made in one transaction, was treated like two separate purchases. They were shipped separately and arrived on different days. I guess I don't know how things work on your end.
