I use Custom Ink every year for my middle school choir shirts. I really like the shirts and the price. I like it that parents can order online and pay online! In the end every year, things work out great and some nice person helps to ensure we get the shirts on time and perfect. However, along the way, there is usually quite a bit of confusion when I talk to different personnel about designs and quantities with the personalizations and the end price. For some reason, it feels like every year we are reinventing the wheel instead of just reinstituting what already worked last year. I think that’s probably because the lower level employees are not as proficient and knowledgeable as the management. And usually I end up having to talk to a manager to resolve everything, and that’s when things end up great. So kudos to that part of the process for customer satisfaction, because it keeps me coming back!

Artwork was excellent!!! Shirts look very nice. My only concern is the size!! They run large … unfortunately they will be very big on us 😩

Everything was great the image was clear and not fuzzy, had many designs and color options. Website was easy to use and to create designs. The way the shirts were package shows that they cared. Customer service was always in contact via email. Overall, everything was great will be using again and will recommend to others.
