Overall, the quality of the print is nice, however i was expecting screen print and not transfer. This was not clear on my order. Previous orders have always been screen printed, if the logo was to complicated for that, it would have been nice to receive communication about it

My only issue with ordering from your company is the difficulty in choosing the type of fit & feel we are looking for in a T-shirt or sweatshirt. There are so many options with so many varieties & combinations of material kinds. The descriptions & photos are not always accurate. Sometimes changing the color on your web-site also changes the whole look and fit of the shirt. This particular sweatshirt is much shorter than expected. I get that it's boxy, but that shouldn't equate to being so short in length. It should refer to the cut or over all shape of the sweatshirt. The material itself was also not what I expected....I thought it would be closer to T-shirt or sweatshirt material. Instead it feels more like a rash guard or sun shirt material, for lack of a better word. Other than feeling like it's a gamble on picking a particular T-shirt or sweatshirt....the color is great and the design we created also looks great. Do you guys offer to send material samples? That would be super helpful!
