Excellent customer service from Custom Ink! Their team was extremely helpful in designing shirts for our Breast Cancer Awareness Month fundraiser. When I explained the importance of receiving our shirts earlier to maximize awareness throughout October, they went above and beyond to expedite our order and even waived the additional shipping fees. The chat help was great. They were very patient and helped me get the logo and writing correct. A++. However, I am sooo disappointed in the shirt quality. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering anymore shirts if I cannot return or get a full credit so I am able to get a better shirt. If that happens I would be more than happy to order from Custom Ink again!! The chat support I had was great!!!! I was really hoping to share these shirts and brag to everyone how Custom Ink helped me design and edit my shirts but, the quality of shirt will not let me do that.

T-shirt itself runs too big. I ordered a large and it looks and runs like an extra large. Giving it as a gift and now I feel they will get offended on the size
