I always have a great experience using Custom Ink and using the website. I have noticed though that the personal touch has lacked this time around. Usually we get a team member contacting us about any issues with the design. I was given the option for someone to fix issues and I clicked the "I trust you" option. My design came back not lined up properly. I'm glad it is not overtly noticeable, but it is disappointing that that level of customer service is gone. Because Custom Ink is easy to use and has a bigger variety of products, I will use this service again, but I will be more careful about what I submit since I can't rely on the design team to fix minor issues.
