I had a great experience with the Customer service people. They worked with us on our custom design until we were happy. While I needed to use their rush services, the shirts came in well ahead of when I had to have them. A great and very easy experience.

I went through the process of ensuring that I put the image on the shirt appropriately how I wanted it to appear during printing. The logo ended up being printed higher than what was reflected and turned out that the placement was incorrect and looks odd when worn.
