I liked the shirts and company was pretty easy to deals with. The design was easy to do and liked the fact they checked everything with me over phone before printing. Price was not cheap definitely expensive but besides that perfect service

Horrendous customer service with hat order. Best example of third delay for hats for volunteer fire department is when Custom Ink finally designed a logo for us instead of using our own and helped me pick a hat that would work within our time frame and then put that on hold because it had too many colors and would not work and could not be printed. I was waiting for the hats to be delivered. Had to call them AGAIN to find out they had put their own design on hold without bothering to let me know.
