Mostly good customer service. Good communication and could help fulfill my requests. Up charged me for express shipping when I explicitly requested standard shipping, however. And then, the product was delayed. No refund or compensation was offered for wrongly charging me, even after contacting support. The printing was also low on the sweater's back, not as expected based on the product proofing. Overall 6/10 experience.

Angel was fantastic to work with. Very patient and helpful. The design staff made all the required changes and produced a solid product. Nice job!

I completed this entire order in the chatbox. The rep was able to show me mock ups of my product and sent and invoice to my email for payment. This was such an easier process than me trying to create products on my own.

The whole process, design through production & delivery was quick and easy. Only issue is that one can’t Zoom in when adjusting the design size in the embroidery / design circle (location). That makes designing products on one’s phone very difficult, because you can’t easily size your graphic or embroidered words correctly.
