Ordered several times from custom ink and have always been impressed.

See above. Plus it got here just when you said it would. Which was important since I needed it later that week for a family reunion. It was a subject of much merriment and appreciation.

I use the chat option when I was creating my design and the person on the other end was very helpful. Once I got the results of the final look, it was really quick to get the order completed and shipping was done within the week. Packaged very nice and organized.

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service. After submitting my order, the team contacted me the same day because the logo I designed didn’t look as good as it was intended. They provided some recommendations and worked with me to make sure everything looked perfect. They also took into consideration that I opted for express shipping. They asked if there was an event that I needed the shirts for, and once I told them it was a gift they told me they would do everything to make sure it arrived on time, which it did. The team was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I was very impressed how they knew exactly what was needed to make sure my logo stands out.
