Chat on their website is meh. Talking to someone on the phone is 10/10. The design platform is not the best but it does what you need to for the most part. The design team can fix things so if you are struggling to make something perfect just ask.

These are great, standard t-shirts! I use them for my school club. I like them because basic t-shirts are inexpensive when purchasing in a large group. I don't like that the price is somewhat variable depending on how many are ordered. I also wish adding other colors was cheaper.
