The chat feature was helpful! I had to reach out a number of different times to work through a PO vs Credit Card situation, and all of the different people that I chatted with were very helpful! My only "issue" was the address they want PO's to have on them is NOT the address on the W2, there for my organization had to switch from a PO to Credit Card. But again everyone was helpful in getting this worked out.

I recommend Custom Ink to all! They not only mastered the requirements, but completed it in a rush like they had all the time in the world to complete it!
