Web site helpful... customer service and communication was good... but the colors were not consistent in the printed graphic... this is part of quality control ...should have been checked and re-run...if i had more time i would return the order for correction.. I do not... thank you...

So long as you can provide your own images and graphics, this site is great. If you struggle to generate quality image files, I cannot speak to Custom Ink's assistance with that. The website makes it quick to design and order, the proof/approval process is also quick, they manufacture and ship speedily. I cannot speak to performance where or luxury items, but for quality, affordable items I very much recommend.
