While I struggled a little bit to find a hoodie that was available in the color(s) that I was looking for (for a small 2 unit order) I was able to create a great sweatshirt in the end. The art available on the website worked well with what I had envisioned, and I was able to find the right font to match, too. The order arrived ahead of scheduled time and the products looked great.

I'm really enjoying this website! My recent purchase was pretty detailed and unfortunately took 5-6 proofs. I lost track. The first proof was a train wreck. Pretty bad... Colors changed, size changed, location changed, layers changed, badly mis-aligned features, print technique changed... Basically everything... After 5 or 6 calls (I was starting to lose hope) I finally approved the artwork... Oddly enough it was pretty much exactly as I submitted it. With that said, the customer service was outstanding! We eventually got there and the shirts look awesome!! My only other complaint is that the printing was stuck to itself pretty securely when I got the shirts. I was able to carefully pull them apart, but I did end up carefully ironing a couple of shirts inside out to flatten the print. They took a permanent set with the creases. Again - the service was fantastic!

Our group was really happy about how our Custom Ink T-shirts turned out! We submitted a design, but asked for several modifications, which the graphic artists did a great job with. The resulting image was fantastic. These are high-quality shirts, and they run true to size. We can't wait to do another group shirt!
