I’ve been very pleased with Custom Ink. Most of the items I have ordered have come as described. The one that didn’t (printing too low) was replaced after I spoke with customer service. I did have to take pictures to verify the positioning, but that seemed fair enough.

Did a great job printing the design I sent. Spelling and alignment were perfect

I love how easy it is to upload my own artwork to Custom Ink’s website. I also love the ability to order just a few shirts at a time. For this order, I wish I could have gotten some feedback on the artwork to make sure my design would print as expected. The image on the front was messed up on almost every shirt I received. The image on the back also looked a bit bent and/or rumpled on several shirts, even after a few days hanging up / airing out. I’m not sure if that was a fault of the design or of the printing process. If that was a fault of the design, I very easily could have changed the text on the front to prevent a misprint. If that was a fault of the printing process, I would hesitate to use Custom Ink again. When I design a shirt for my crew to wear during a race, I really want it to be delivered looking right.

Product is exactly as expected. Customer service is excellent!

CustomInk offers excellent design options that help me create personalized gifts for friends and family. I don't think they are the cheapest but the quality is excellent and worth the price.

Always good. Never a problem

Easy to use website, prompt shipping and good communication. I will say on this order, one of colors wasn’t printed as crisply as the white I have ordered currently and in the past. So I might lean towards only black or white colors in the future, but still a nice product.
