Finally -- a company that hires real people, trains them well, and offers some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Custom Ink's on-line technology for uploading a T-shirt design and choosing color, cut, and size was super easy to use, but I was ALSO able to dial the company phone number and talk to a live Custom Ink representative at every stage of my project, even late at night. Each and every person I spoke to (there were at least 4 from beginning to end) knew exactly where my order stood, could answer my questions, and was unfailingly polite and professional along the way. One employee even called me back at exactly the time she promised (even though it was just minutes before the end of her shift) to keep my order on schedule! Plus, the emails I received with visual drafts of my design were complimentary about the work that I had submitted. It's a small detail -- positive reinforcement! -- but went a LONG WAY in creating a great experience. Thank you for creating a company that really takes account of how human beings work, think, and feel. May you treat your employees with the same care you do your customers! My experience with ordering through custom ink was a very positive one. It was extremely easy to design and shop through different clothing. My only issue was that some of the design images would not show up on the product as I was designing it, even though it showed it was there it was not visible on the design and I had to keep refreshing it, seemed like a small glitch. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a very quick and easy way to do custom clothing!
