The entire experience was very simple and fun from end-to-end. I created a design with the online web-based editor that included a mix of standard text with the included fonts and custom artwork uploaded from a high-res image. I found that the end results of the printed shirts exactly matched my expectations for color, tone, text and image placement and clarity. The variety of shirt materials, fabrics and styles helped me find a fit that worked for everyone on my team. The group ordering system made it easy for me to share the design with my team and for everyone to confidently pay online for their own shirts. Order status and tracking was up-to-date and informative.

I ws really impressed with the customer service! An Inker called me in the evening after I placed my order to make sure I understood that some fidelity would be lost in the image I uploaded based on the quality of the image I provided and the size I'd asked for. I was walked through multiple versions of the shirt design in order to get the best quality image and the Inker very patiently waited with me on the phone while I confirmed the changes with a colleague. The shirts were delivered *FAST*, faster than the promised date when I paid for expedited shipping. Overall, very impressive. Will use Custom Ink again!
