The ordering process was very easy with plenty of choices for font and design. Photos of the potential finished product were very helpful in the design process. The quality of the finished product was great!

The customer service was very kind however the shorts quality was terrible and the design was not at all what I wanted. Bought the shorts for a big for a Fourth of July celebration and they were unwearable.

I had an issue with removing the background from an image I wanted printed. The phone representative took my shared image to the art team and they resolved the matter. Easy! And Amazing!

I paid for expedited shipping. Mister part of my order arrived on the promised day. I am disappointed by that and feel a refund for the expedited shipping should be provided.
