Pretty good but I wish you could order multiple digitally printed designs (at least on the same item) and have it count towards your bulk order discounts, or at least have them all shipped in the same package. I had 9 girls basketball jerseys but I wanted each one slightly different, they came in 9 packages and each cost double what it would have been if all 9 had been the same.

I was impressed with how easy it was to do the design with the CSR on the phone verbally. She sent me emails to show me and within 5 minutes and only one modification is was done. Exactly what I had in my mind!

The long sleeve shirts run very small and are not true to size. Also, printed images appear to be faded and not sharp and brilliant. Waiting to see if there is anything their customer service can do to remedy this situation for us.

I have worked with a variety of apparel vendors over the years, and Custom Ink is one of the best. Their website is user-friendly and you do a lot of self-service, but an actual human reviews the designs and if there are any issues that might lead to a final product that's less than perfect, someone will reach out.
