Every single agent I have worked with has been more than helpful! From the very first phone call having to change and figure out styles so that the quantity that I needed fit my budget to the art team working with me to stretch the design to fit the T-shirts better without warping the actual image to the second round of phone calls I did yesterday to fulfill the full order which she again readjusted quantities and sizes for me due to some of the shirts running a little small, but most of the shirts being true to size she was so beyond helpful and gave me some really amazing discounts to make sure that we could still make my budget work! And to now this final phone call I had today…. What a great experience even though I was transferred, I felt I was being treated with so much care from both people I spoke to. Not only was I able to add six shirts to my order seamlessly but never did. I once feel like anyone was frustrated that I called to rearrange things the day after I had just ordered everything. Custom ink is truly an incredible company and this is the very first time I’ve ever used you guys! If there’s ever a chance for a sponsorship, I would absolutely love to represent your product at all of my gigs! Can’t wait to see how the final event looks with all of my brand new custom shirts. Thank you so much again for making my dreams come true!! what an incredible product for an incredibly affordable price! It was hard to navigate the website and order multiple colors and sizes but someone jumped on a chat (not a chatbot!!!) and helped me.

I've used Custom Ink for a few years and will continue to come back. The staff is ready to help with all aspects of the project, especially cleaning up my custom artwork.

I had tried Custom Ink years ago and had a horrible experience and decide to get it a try again with a small order before I began doing large orders. I must say nothing has improved and likely has gotten worse. I created my own logo and ran it through legal compliance prior to submitting it to you all. The part of my logo had a chicken that your reps said was too much like a disney character. However I had to prove over and over that the design was my own and not a protected design my disney or anyone else. I get your policies to protect propietary work, but this was just carzy and felt as though you just didn't want my small order. Please don't send you policy again and try to explain this. I get it but you were flat wrong. Finally after having multiple calls / chats to get this approved with you all the printing and shipping were fast (this is the ONLY positive) however once I recieved the shirts and hat (on another order #) the white shirt was decent, however the blue shirt most of the logo was not viable because of the black lines on the logo and the contrast of the blue shirt... I understand I did the designing and should of caught this but as I am paying you to do the quality control I was very suprised that your team actually sent this shirt out as it was so bad. It was as if you didn't even look at it bc if you would have you would of been like I don't think this is what we should send out. The hat which was the other order (placed at the same time and paid for together) came in a plastic bag. That's right you shipped a hat in an unprotected bag. So of course I recievd a bent up hat. Then when I opened it the logo that was printed was accurate very VERY small compared to the sizing it was represented on the design tool on the website. Needless to say, that hat will be going in the trash can. So I normally don't do these feedback things because honestly, do they really do anything? But this was just so bad that I thought I'd at least let you know why I will not be doing any future business with Custom Ink, there are many other companies that I have a much easier time working with and get better results.

Sadly, some of the print didn't make it onto the t shirt properly. I'd modified a shirt ordered previously which turned out amazing. So for some of the text to not print correctly on this order was a surprise and it means that the shirt will likely not be worn. I don't want to spend the full amount for another shirt so I guess this one just is what it is and it leaves mer disappointed.

A lot of choices for shirts, qualities, colors. Designing the shirt (image and words) was easy and straightforward. The price and delivering were great.
