This is my 3rd time returning to get custom prints made and likely my last. As much as I love the ease of the online design and the professionalism with the company, these prints coming out more green than yellow when it’s suppose to look like gold is VERY disappointing. I’m happy I only ordered a few pieces to test before putting in my larger order for our retreats and martial arts academy.

This was a very pleasant experience. There were changes to the original design - that Custom Ink did - and there was no problem with the designer making those changes. The person who was the connection between myself and the designer was pleasant, prompt with answering all questions, meeting with me was great and her communication to the designer was accurate. The shirts look great and they met the deadline - even got it earlier - all in all the experience and the results could not be better.
