I was elated when the package arrived. The custom shirt was everything I wanted and more. I will say that Custom Ink's email allowed me to track my package and indicated that it would arrive on a Sunday...It arrived one day late. This was a minor disappointment but other than that, I had an amazing experience with Custom Ink.

Happy with the items once all was done. Coloring of the Navy Blue is much darker than I wanted. Once proofs were approved, the order was process was smooth and efficient. Products were received quickly, sooner than expected. Also appreciated the prompt response and replacement of the 2 defective items.
