I ordered 25 shirts that didn't show up on my profile because the confirmation unknowingly was sent to the attached profile to my account. My credit card still showed the charge. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't find my order, to talk to the credit card company and we could place a new order. So I placed another order for 37 shirts. Same thing happened, but this time I saved the confirmation and they found that it went to the attached account. I asked if I could at least get a bulk order discount as if I ordered 62 shirts ($229 refunded). They said they couldn't because both orders were underway. Now I have too much surplus of the shirts and didn't get the same bulk order discount. I will still be using CustomInk, but not happy.

I have been ordering custom made products from Custum Ink for many years and have never been disappointed. They are perfectionists and their customer service is exceptional. The prices are a bit high, but their quality of workmanship makes up for it. Their shipping is quick. I am a very satisfied customer, and believe you will be too.

I found it easy to design my t-shirt on the website. The AI designs were fu,. although I ended up using my own. That is a fun feature. The printing was done very well and I'm very happy with the t-shirts I ordered.
