I found the site, chose a graphic and designed the shirt. Then i called to make sure I was doing everything correctly. My call was answered quickly and I was assured that the design would be looked at and altered (placement) if necessary. The let me know that they corrected a small placement issue and my order would arrive on time. However, my order arrived over a week ahead of the predicted date! I am so impressed with this company!

Overall, I like using Custom Ink especially for my group orders. I think it's generally easy to use. I had one question regarding a refund on my order and didn't recieve much of an answer back other than that's not offered anymore. As a consumer who has a statement that shows that and had to confirm that refund its very confusing. Hopefully they'll change their check out orders so no one else is led to belive there's a refund coming.
