Customer service is excellent and very responsive, that is very much appreciated, we were just disappointed with the stitching/embroidery since the logo didn't come out very clean.

This order was quick and came out well. Very satisfied. I’ve ordered multiple times from custom ink and it would be nice if they offered a discount for repeat orders because it is certainly costly.

The online order system is really easy. We were working with Kristy on this order and had some communication issues around the process that happens after the order is "closed" but for some reason the order did not get placed. Also regarding the glow in the dark ink and pricing for the glow in the dark ink, but in the end she made it all right and we got our shirts around the same time we wanted.

Very difficult to know what exactly you are getting because the proof changes the design and location of the text. You can't see the proof or at least I couldn't until the shirts were already paid for. Too expensive
