My overall experience was really good. It was easy to design the shirt, and easy to order. The only thing I don’t like, is the re-order process. I go to my saved design, and it immediately defaults to my previous order. If I only need a few shirts, I have to completely edit that order rather than just make a new one.

It took three tries (and almost three years!) to get this 30-yr College reunion t-shirt with our retro logo printed and delivered. I have given up two times before, because submission of the university permission seemed to have reached a dead end in the network of CustomInk licensing department (or who knows where). This time I got on the phone with an inker, and we got it resolved and ordered in smooth 5 minutes, and it arrived even before it was scheduled. The only thing I did not catch - and nor did the inkers- was a little flaw in my original image that I believe could have been corrected, but now I have a brand new t-shirt with it. Also, at almost $50/ea, not many of us wanted to order it. But then again, it is a very nice and good quality t-shirt. Thank you!

Customer service, great products, and fabulous price keep me coming back! I love that they stand behind the customer and they ship FAST!

Even though I was only ordering a few shirts this time, I came herebecause of my experience with Custom Ink previously. I love that i can order the same print on different styles of shirt and the customer service is FANTASTIC
