The t-shirt I ordered was a last minute gift. I entered the wrong email and the customer service was to notch in helping me confirm everything was on track with my order. I was happy that it delivered a day earlier than expected and looked fabulous.

My issue was with the ordering process. I am a school, so have to go through a PO process for approval once I get the quote. It takes a bit. We are also tax exempt, so the PO I submitted did not have tax included. This caused it to be rejected, but I received no notification that it had been rejected. After submitting the PO 3 times, I called to find out what was going on. The representative I talked to was able to get our PO approved and we received our shirts fine. Before then, communication was an issue here. I had no communication that there was a problem with my PO.
