Very simple and straightforward, I was concerned how my design was going to turn out going from design stage to embroidery, but the hats all turned out amazing and look great. All concerns vanished as soon as I opened the box and got my eyes on the hats. Whole process was seamless and was made easier by using the group order where everyone who wanted a hat could put in their own orders. I didn't have to cover the cost up front and hunt everyone down for money later, it was all done through the webpage and a link I sent out. Highly recommend.

My experience was great, my favorite part of Custom Ink is that they are patient, helpful, and get back to you quickly. A problem I have with a lot of other sources is asking for help and not getting a response for two weeks. The most I had to wait was 5 minutes when it came to emails, chat and calls. Great service and they keep you in the loop about your order.
