Custom Ink's interface, ordering process, and prices are all about right, but having 100 shirt material options to choose from doesn't help because I have no idea what the shirts wear/feel like by their descriptions. That and the actual print is always a bit lackluster -- colors feel duller than in the preview, and the design never comes out perfectly aligned.

I found it easy to make my husband work shirts for his bday. It’s really hot in Texas and I was trying to get him work shirts more comfortable for his extra long shirts in the heat.

Overall i will not use this company again. I ordered 45 polos with 2 embroidery locations. The quality of the embroidery was bottom shelf. It was clearly rushed as i was told i would recieve my order on the 19th of August but they arrived on the 13th. Faster delivery is great when the quality of product matches. I will now have to scramble to find another company to get me quality embroidery prior to my event. Also, no one called or emailed to ask if i was satisfied with or had any issues with my order.
