Our Pay Structure*
Custom Ink offers competitive hourly and salary rates compared to the local market with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through annual review merit and a bonus structure. Base hourly rate and base annual full-time salary vary depending on factors such as market, knowledge, skills, length & depth of experience, internal equity, and more.
Showroom Representatives and Managers may earn a team bonus tied to both store performance and tenure in their role.
Showroom Representatives:
Less than a year in role
1-2 years in role
2+ years in role
Showroom Managers:
Less than a year in role
1-2 years in role
