"It is tradition for retiring commercial airline pilots to bring their whole family on their last flight. We ordered shirts congratulating Dad as a surprise. He was definitely surprised to see us at the gate with our shirts! Everyone on the plane knew us by our shirts, and we received lots of well wishes. Customer service at CustomInk was TOP NOTCH!
