Oh yeah everyone - I know the MYSTERY person who wants to be part of our family.... : ) They confessed. Wanna know who it is? The MYSTERY person can bribe me with something good not to tell....

We do have many relatives in the Boone/Todd area, and all of us are cousins. Great, Great Grandpa John Moretz had 25 children (two wives) so there are a lot of descendents. The first family members came over from Germany in 1738.

Hi New Moretz Guest. Yes, we are related. I think John was my Great, Great, Great Grandfather. What is your name? My grandparents were Herbert & Eleanor Moretz. She was the postmaster in Todd for 30+ years. The Todd Park memorial on Railroad Grade Road is in honor of my grandparents. Joan Davis is my mother and her siblings are Lynn Moretz, Virginia Hart and Libby Wells. We plan to have a Herbert & Eleanor Moretz Reunion every 2 years...next one in 2008.

The Moretz Reunion in Todd, N.C. and the exceptionally beautiful people in them is a picture and event I'll never forget. Keep up the good work, Customink!!
